This product is a must for all types of test card users. Guaranteed not to fry your precious access card when the system is active. It attaches very easily to your satellite receiver in seconds. Normally when you power off your receiver it does not disconnect the card from the ECM hits. You would normally have to completely remove the card or unplug the system from the wall everytime you are finished viewing. Turning the power off only turns off the light on the receiver not the ECM hits from getting to the card. Now with this unit, it automatically disconnects the receiver from the LNB on the dish, thus stopping all harmful data packets and voltage spikes getting to the card, when the receiver is simply turned off with the receivers remote control. The unit has a green light and will turn off when the reciever is on. The green light meand that your card is safe. This works on all brands of receivers and even your subscription cards.
